Things people usually ask.

Do I have to book online?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours, and you can always call us to schedule. Online booking just saves a phone call.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Use the link in your confirmation email — it lets you reschedule in a couple of clicks. Or just call us. There's no cancellation fee.

I'm not sure which service I need. Can I just book and figure it out?

Yes — book whichever feels closest and we'll redirect you to the right service at the appointment if needed. Or call us first and we'll help you figure it out in under a minute.

What should I bring?

Your OHIP card if you have one, a list of current medications (or just the bottles), and any documents your pharmacist asked you to bring. We'll text you a reminder the day before with anything else.

How long are appointments?

Vaccinations are usually 15 minutes (plus 15 minutes monitoring). MedsCheck and minor-ailment assessments are 20–30 minutes. Compounding consults are about 20 minutes.

Is there parking?

Free parking right outside at 3028 Bur Oak Avenue, plus additional spots available on Riverland Street. We're on a commercial residential strip with direct street access — most patients are in the door within 30 seconds of parking.
